What is this?

A girl with long dark hair and pink hair ties sits at a table, then turns to reveal a poster she is holding featuring a cartoon woman in a red dress, which causes a boy in a white shirt to react with extreme shock and horror, his eyes wide and mouth open in a scream. The scene takes place indoors, likely in a room with a door and wooden floor.
