A man in a blue shirt and head covering repeatedly splashes water from a green bucket onto a muddy patch on the ground, while a group of people, including children, watch from a dirt area beside a green fence and a white building. The man bends over to scoop water and then stands to throw it, causing a splash, as the onlookers stand and sit in the background.
