A person in a red coat stands on a low concrete wall beside a body of water, then leaps off, landing on the paved walkway below. They raise their arms in celebration as a bird flies overhead, then bend forward and walk away. The scene takes place on a wide promenade with trees and buildings in the distance under a cloudy sky.
