Two anime characters with white hair face each other in a dark, blue-toned setting, one with a grotesque, skull-like face and the other smiling, as the scene cuts to a close-up of a character laughing, then a figure falling upside down, followed by a character in a school uniform with a serious expression and Japanese text, then a red, organic interior, and finally a distorted, screaming face with a note.
