A man in a white graphic t-shirt performs a bench press on a weight bench while a spotter stands behind him, holding the barbell and assisting with the lift. The man lowers the bar to his chest and pushes it back up repeatedly, with the spotter adjusting his grip and position to ensure safety throughout the exercise. The setting is a gym with a blue floor and white walls.
