A blonde anime girl lies on a couch, appearing to sleep, as several other characters look on with expressions of shock and concern; she then sits up, looking distressed, before the scene cuts to her sitting on the floor with a pained expression, and finally to a close-up of her face showing wide-eyed shock. The setting transitions from a living room to a room with a patterned floor and exercise equipment.
