In a butcher shop with white tiled walls and hanging meat, a man in a black apron stands behind a metal counter, holding a large meat cleaver. He begins by chopping meat on a block, then turns to face the camera, smiling and holding the cleaver upright in a confident pose. Another man in a striped shirt works at a counter in the background.
