A person in a blue patterned shirt and a white hat dances energetically on a sidewalk in front of a building with large wooden doors, while another person stands on the steps behind them playing a stringed instrument. The dancer performs a series of exaggerated, rhythmic movements, including wide arm swings and leg kicks, moving in time with the music.
