Elfen Lied

A nude woman with a helmet stands in a futuristic corridor, surrounded by uniformed men, as a man in a white shirt is violently decapitated, sending a spray of blood into the air. The scene repeats with the woman standing motionless as another man falls to the ground, and a close-up reveals a man's shocked expression. The sequence loops, showing the woman standing over a fallen woman, then turning to face a man whose head is violently severed, with blood erupting from the wound.
