A character with orange hair and a red shirt lies on a table, screaming in pain as another character with white hair and a black and white outfit is thrown onto the table, also screaming. The scene transitions to the two characters being loaded onto a stretcher and taken away by medical staff, with two women in kimonos watching from the side.
