Gets it done

A man in a grey long-sleeved shirt stands in a gymnasium, holding a wooden stick and repeatedly swinging it in a circular motion. Another man in a tank top enters the frame, extends his hand, and the first man swings the stick toward his hand before pulling it back, repeating the motion. The scene takes place on a wooden gym floor with blue walls and a wall-mounted ladder in the background.
