A hand holds a purple balloon above three young men on a street, then releases it; the balloon floats upward and bursts, splashing water on the man in the green shirt, who reacts by raising his arms and then covering his face as the others watch. The scene takes place on a paved street in front of a white building with graffiti and a balcony.
