In a snowy outdoor setting, a man in a blue and black camouflage uniform and black helmet repeatedly bends over to tie his shoelaces while another man in a black jacket and beanie stands nearby holding a rifle. After tying his shoe, the man in the uniform stands up and is assisted by the other man to put on a tactical vest before they both move forward together.
