A man in a white shirt sits at a table with a birthday cake, while another man in a red shirt stands beside him and lights the candles on the cake; the man in the white shirt then leans forward and blows out the candles as the others watch. The scene takes place indoors around a table with various food and drink items, with a bulletin board on the wall in the background.
