Recognize it?

A man in a blonde wig and orange shirt holds a red bottle, then makes a motion as if throwing it, followed by a cut to him lying on the floor with water splashing on his face, then back to him in the wig making a throwing motion again. The setting is a hallway with a Paris-themed wallpaper.
