A bald man with a wide, unsettling grin lies in a medical chair, his chest open and revealing internal organs, as a blood-splattered man in a white coat attaches a mechanical heart to his exposed chest. The scene is set in a dimly lit, industrial medical room with a red glow, where three white birds, one with blood on its chest, are perched on a surface before one of them is violently struck by a red blur.
