Ren & Stimpy

The main subjects are two animated characters, a tall, thin orange creature with large eyes and a round, red and white creature with a blue nose. The orange creature dances erratically while the red creature holds a pair of binoculars, looking through them and then at the dancing creature, as the background shifts from dark blue to red.
