A man in a dark suit and purple tie sits in a chair, speaking and looking slightly to his right, with a yellow flag behind him; the scene cuts to a wider view showing him and another man in a dark suit and red tie sitting opposite each other in ornate chairs with a small table between them, flanked by a Ukrainian flag and a Russian flag, before cutting back to the first man speaking.
