A large explosion erupts on a grassy field, sending a massive plume of smoke and debris into the air. The scene cuts to an animated sequence where SpongeBob SquarePants blows bubbles, followed by Patrick Star sitting on the seafloor, smiling and then looking concerned. The sequence ends with a view of Earth from space, showing a bright flash and a growing circular impact zone on the planet's surface.
