Description: A stop-motion animated child with a large head and a blue sweater stands on a sidewalk, raising its right hand with an open palm, then turns its head slightly to the side. The scene cuts to a close-up of a metal sewer grate on the ground, followed by a sudden, intense close-up of the child's face with a wide-open mouth and eyes, rendered in a distorted red and orange color palette.
