I will pump

A man in a dark jacket runs alongside a paved sidewalk, pulling a second man seated in a small, two-wheeled metal cart. The man in the cart, wearing a blue jacket, remains seated as the cart moves forward, while the man pulling it maintains a steady pace, their movement continuous across the loop. The scene takes place on a sunny day on a residential street with grassy areas, trees, and buildings in the background.
