Four people stand inside a metallic elevator as the floor indicator counts down from 45 to 41. A man in a suit at the front of the elevator suddenly collapses to the floor, then sits up as the others react. The elevator doors open, and the man in the suit stands and walks out as the others remain inside. The video ends with a sudden loss of signal, showing static.
