A young child in a white tank top and orange shorts sits on a wooden floor, repeatedly pulling at the leg of their shorts with both hands, then looking down at their crotch area. The child's head moves slightly up and down as they focus on their pants, with a yellow stuffed animal lying on the floor beside them.
