I don't dance

A man in a red cap and dark shirt repeatedly performs a dance move, extending his right arm forward and then raising his left arm, while another man in sunglasses stands behind him, smiling and occasionally moving his arms. The scene takes place in a dining room with a cluttered table in the foreground and wooden cabinets and a louvered door in the background.
