Tokyo Ghoul

A close-up shows a character's eye with a red, circular pattern, followed by a scene of police cars with flashing lights on a city bridge at night. The view shifts to chains on a dark wall, then to two characters in dark uniforms standing together, one with white hair and a wide grin. The sequence returns to the police cars on the bridge, then shows two characters, one with white hair and one with black hair and a red eye, standing in front of a city skyline.
