I fixed it.

A traffic light pole swings violently across the road, knocking a black object into the air, as seen from a vehicle's dashboard camera at a city intersection. The pole, which is red and has a coiled spring mechanism, swings from the right side of the frame to the left, striking the camera vehicle's hood before falling to the ground.
