Funny kid

A young boy sits on a patterned armchair, holding a stringed instrument, and repeatedly strums it while opening his mouth wide in a series of exaggerated vocalizations. He remains seated in the same position throughout the loop, with the instrument held across his lap, in a dimly lit room with curtains and a patterned rug.
