what is this???

The video cycles through a title card for "The X-Files," a person in a green alien costume running on a treadmill, and a cloud shaped like a flying saucer in the sky. The main subject is the person in the green suit, who is shown running on the treadmill, with the sequence alternating between the title card and the sky scene.
