Happy 4/20 day

A cartoon character in a blue and red suit appears on a television screen, then runs down a beam of light from a flying saucer, is chased by a woman in a black and red suit, and is shown with stars in his eyes. The scene is set in a cartoon world with a television, a flying saucer, and a man with a blue cap.
