An elderly man with white hair and glasses, wearing a dark suit, stands behind a counter in a toy shop, raising his arms in a dramatic gesture before leaning forward to interact with a small, triangular wooden toy with a face. The scene cuts to a young boy with blond hair, wearing a white shirt and red suspenders, who stumbles and leans over a counter in the same shop, then straightens up and looks back. The sequence ends with a rapid, blurred motion of the elderly man's head as he turns quickly.
