Laying the foundation stone

A group of people in matching grey and orange tracksuits and several men in suits stand in a circle on a dirt field, repeatedly tossing and catching basketballs in a synchronized juggling pattern. The balls arc through the air above the group, who move their hands and bodies in unison to maintain the rhythm, with a green building and a pile of dirt visible in the background under a partly cloudy sky.
