The train has left

A woman in a black and white jacket stands before a television, interacting with a game controller, then turns and walks away from the screen. A man in a black hoodie with pink graphics appears, turns to face the woman, and makes a hand gesture toward his head. The scene takes place in a room with green walls and a wooden desk.
