Overdid leg day

A person with short blonde hair, wearing a white shirt and red shorts, sits on a couch and brings a small object to their mouth, then abruptly falls backward out of frame, revealing their bare legs and feet on a wooden floor. The scene cuts to a muscular man in a red cap and white tank top, who is shouting with his mouth wide open.
