“Anti-police”

A man in a garage holds a large, shiny metal wheel rim, then drops it to the floor, where it lands upright and remains standing. The scene cuts to a man holding another person upside down against a wall, their shadow cast prominently on the surface. The scene returns to the garage, where the dropped rim now lies on its side. The man in the garage picks up the rim again.
