Theft spotted

A young boy in a blue and red sports jersey sits on a red seat, looking toward the camera with a slight smile, while other passengers are visible in the background on what appears to be a moving bus or train. The camera moves erratically, showing a close-up of a black jacket and a foot, then pans to the boy and the surrounding passengers.
