Two anime characters with shocked expressions stand against a yellow sky with clouds. A white and red ambulance with "911" and "AMBULANCE" markings drives at high speed on a racetrack, drifting and emitting smoke. The scene cuts to an anime sequence where the ambulance, now labeled "Morioh Fire Department," is stopped on a grassy area, with a character lying on the ground and another shouting for help. A character in a white coat reacts with alarm.
