Witch's house

A man wearing a large, exaggerated mask with wide eyes and a grin stands over a small, light-colored dog lying on a surgical table, holding a large saw above the dog's body, while a white bowl rests in his other hand; the scene is set in a medical or surgical environment with equipment visible in the background.
