TORNADO

A car drives forward on a wet city street during rain, following other vehicles with their brake lights on, while the camera vehicle's windshield wipers move back and forth across the frame. The scene is viewed from inside the car, with the dashboard visible at the bottom, and the road is slick with reflections from the wet pavement and vehicle lights.
