What's up with the Ukros

A man in a blue shirt and black pants stands on one leg, holding a basketball above his head with both hands, then jumps upward toward a basketball hoop, extending his arm to shoot the ball. The scene takes place inside a gymnasium with a blue and white wall, a wooden floor, and a basketball hoop.
