Villainous

A blue bear, a box-headed scientist, and a vampire in a top hat stand in a lab; the scientist declares he will fix the machine, which then activates, transforming the vampire into a skeletal figure who sits smugly in a chair, then is joined by a woman, causing the bear and scientist to react in shock.
