A man in a patterned shirt and a wooden prosthetic arm draws a long, thin blade from a sheath on his back, then brings the blade to his mouth and blows into it like a horn, his face contorting in effort before breaking into a wide, joyful smile. The scene is set outdoors in a lush, green environment.
