Three men stand outdoors in front of green trees, with one man in a plaid shirt and vest holding a blue folder while another man in a suit holds a pen and points at the folder; the man in the suit smiles and gestures toward the folder as the man in the plaid shirt looks down at it, and the man in the middle, also in a suit, watches and smiles.
