A man in a t-shirt and shorts stands barefoot in a room with patterned curtains and a wooden floor, holding a long, thin wooden rod horizontally. He repeatedly brings his hands together in front of his chest, then extends them forward as if pushing the rod, before suddenly bending at the waist and dropping down to the floor.
