Facepalm

A man in a dimly lit room interacts with a hand that has eyes and a mouth, which moves and expresses emotion as he gestures toward it. The scene alternates between close-ups of the animated hand and wider shots of the man sitting at a desk with a laptop, reacting to the hand's movements.
