A man in a plaid robe sits on the back of another man who is on his hands and knees on a mattress, pressing down on his upper back and neck. The man on top maintains this position, applying pressure with his hands, while the man on the bottom remains still on the floor. The scene takes place in a dimly lit room with a red and white striped wall in the background.
