In a gym, a man in a grey shirt jumps onto a hanging black punching bag, wrapping his arms and legs around it in a bear hug, while another man in a purple shirt watches and holds a dumbbell. The man on the bag swings slightly as he holds on, with a woman and other gym equipment visible in the background.
