Unyielding Givi

In a crowd of seated spectators, a man in a striped shirt and dark jacket raises his right hand, gestures upward, and speaks while looking toward the front, then lowers his arm and returns to a seated position. The scene cuts to a man in a suit standing at a podium with a microphone, speaking and gesturing with his hands, with Georgian flags and a blue banner behind him.
