He is different

A man in a military uniform with a mustache appears in multiple scenes, first in a close-up profile, then standing and extending his arm in a salute, followed by standing still, and finally waving from a vehicle while surrounded by a crowd. The setting transitions from a clear sky background to a wooded area and then to a public gathering with soldiers and onlookers.
