A person in a red tank top and white cap rides a BMX bike across a paved area, performing a wheelie by lifting the front wheel and balancing on the rear wheel while moving forward. The rider starts near a building with a sign reading "ПОЛТАВСЬКА МИТНИЦЯ," then moves into an open plaza with trees and other buildings in the background.
