Oh, a dollar!

Peter Griffin stands in a park next to a tree with a noose hanging from a branch, an anvil on the ground, and a dollar bill on the pavement. He reaches for the rope, pulls it to test its tension, then steps back as the anvil drops and pulls the rope tight around his neck, causing him to fall backward onto the ground.
